Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient intakes to evaluate diagnostic and functional needs, subsequently recommending tailored treatment goals to primary care providers.

• Deliver brief and focused therapeutic interventions to clients experiencing various mental health challenges, ensuring timely access to care.

• Collaborate closely with primary care providers to identify patients who can be effectively treated within the primary care setting versus those requiring specialty mental health services.

• Track and assess patient progress through regular follow-up communications, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with clients’ evolving needs.

• Assist in the development of relapse prevention strategies and implement plans for 'at-risk' patients, working towards stabilization and improved functioning.

• Document patient interactions, progress notes, and diagnostic information thoroughly to maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records.

• Consult and coordinate with clinic management and peers about behavioral health services, contributing insights into program evaluation and patient outcomes.

• Provide education to patients about self-management techniques and support adherence to medical treatments recommended by primary care providers.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Oasis Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 – 105,000 annually, based on experience and credentials.
