Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes focused on diagnostic and functional evaluations and collaborate with primary care providers in treatment planning.

• Provide brief, targeted interventions for clients grappling with mental health challenges, including crisis management and ongoing support.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments based on patient progress and feedback.

• Initiate follow-up communication to assess patients’ ongoing needs and modify care approaches as required, ensuring continuity in mental health support.

• Create relapse prevention plans and provide tools to help patients maintain stable functioning and avoid crises.

• Document patient interactions and progress in clinical records comprehensively and accurately to ensure continuity of care.

• Educate patients on self-management techniques and coping strategies to empower them in their own recovery processes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in developing integrated treatment plans aimed at improving overall patient health and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 87,000 to USD 105,000, commensurate with experience.
