Clinicians are supported with user-friendly software systems, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and our proprietary management system, PIMSY, enhancing productivity and client care tracking.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, ensuring to establish strong therapeutic relationships founded on trust and professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, address any concerns, and determine appropriate follow-up care or discharge planning when necessary.
\n
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring effective and compassionate interventions.
\n
• Keep meticulous and up-to-date documentation regarding client interactions, treatment progress, and compliance with best practices in mental health care.

• Perform thorough intake assessments with new clients to gather relevant historical information and develop initial treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and valid status as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado, with no restrictions on practice.

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient clinical setting after graduation, demonstrating a commitment to quality therapeutic practice.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including familiarity with spreadsheet software, electronic medical records systems, and other relevant digital tools.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including children and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by a fee-for-service payment model with guaranteed rates, ensuring that our clinicians are compensated promptly without waiting for reimbursements. Additionally, we provide bonus opportunities based on performance and client satisfaction metrics.
