Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information regarding clients' mental health concerns, capabilities, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals and interventions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, team-based approach to client care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary to support clients facing immediate challenges.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and mutual support among clients.
