Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ psychological well-being using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders as a guide to formulate individualized care plans that respect cultural diversity and special needs.

• Monitor and evaluate treatment progress continuously, adjusting strategies and interventions as necessary to foster patient engagement with their care.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records utilizing current telehealth technologies in alignment with regulatory standards and departmental procedures.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in partnership with patients and their families that aim to achieve specific therapeutic goals and enhance recovery.

• Provide education on coping strategies, therapeutic techniques, and community resources while coordinating referrals to assist patients in gaining access to additional support services.

Qualifications\n
