What You'll Do

• Provide expert care to ICU patients across a variety of units including MICU, TICU, Neuro ICU, and Burn ICU
• Float between multiple ICU units as needed, delivering flexible and adaptable patient support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient status and respond swiftly to any changes or emergencies
• Document patient care activities accurately in Epic electronic health records
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control guidelines
• Educate patients and families to support their understanding and comfort during critical care

What You Need

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years ICU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Epic electronic medical records experience

• CPI certification
• CCRN certification
• Experience with float pool assignments
