We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our Merrimack Team.
What makes this position different:
• Out by 3:00 PM every day
• No night shifts

Responsibilities:
• Prepare ingredients for daily service, including chopping, slicing, portioning, and batching recipes
• Follow recipes and preparation standards consistently
• Label, date, and store food properly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries
• Support the kitchen team with prep needs throughout the shift
Qualifications:
• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
