Post Sales Service Coordinator

WindowRama is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team!

The Service Coordinator plays an important role in supporting our customers after their purchase by answering service-related calls, scheduling in-home appointments, and coordinating with our Service Technicians, manufacturers, and sales teams. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and keeping things organized in a fast-paced environment, this may be a great fit for you. What You'll Do

Answer customer calls and emails and provide excellent customer service Schedule in-home service appointments for our Service Technicians Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, manufacturers, and sales team members Assist customers with service-related questions and concerns Follow up on service requests and help ensure issues are resolved Maintain accurate records and complete required reports Assist with training new hires and cross-training team members Perform additional administrative and service-related tasks as needed What We're Looking For

1–3 years of customer service, post-sales service, or similar experience High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office Experience with AS400 or a similar system is a plus Call center, scheduling, or dispatch experience is a plus Building materials or home improvement industry experience is a plus Pay rate:
