What vital assistance do you provide?

You will work full-time, on-site at our Commack, NY location. This position is designed for local candidates and offers a stable weekday schedule supporting our residential sales team.

As a Residential Sales Administrator, you will become the hub of communication for our residential salesforce of over ten team members. Each day, you will make between 150 to 200 outbound confirmation calls to ensure residential sales appointments are on track, receive inbound calls from potential clients and direct them or schedule their appointments, and manage the sales team's busy calendar. You will quickly establish rapport with new clients, validate their contact and home information in our CRM, and distribute confirmation texts and emails to keep everything running smoothly.
