Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI scans for interpretation by a radiologist
• Assist the radiologist in the performance of special MRI procedures
• Provide patient care essential to MRI scan procedures throughout the imaging process
• Perform minor nursing skills including IV starts and discontinuation as required
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment, including documentation within an EPIC EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience
• Demonstrated ability to perform IV starts and discontinuation
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with special MRI procedures in an acute care hospital setting
• Prior travel technologist experience
