About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to oversee the hands-on operations at the community level. The successful candidate will be responsible for the community's profit and loss, financial performance, and the leadership of employees to ensure resident and family satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of and adherence to all state and federal regulations, as well as the management of the community in line with the company's policies and guidelines. A key focus for the Executive Director is the sales and marketing process, with the aim of maximizing revenue and maintaining a strong market position. The role also involves financial management, including budget preparation, and a commitment to safety and compliance. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should ideally have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2-5 years' of prior General Manager or Administrator experience. Alternatively, a background in senior living, hospitality, or skilled nursing with at least 5 years' at the management level is acceptable. The role demands a valid driver's license and, if required by the state, a valid license to operate an assisted living facility. The Executive Director must be adept at financial management, possess strong organizational and prioritization skills, and demonstrate proficiency in sales and marketing. The ability to multitask, effective communication, and a proactive approach to maximizing revenue opportunities are essential.
