What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions across a wide age range
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations for diverse patient populations
• Develop individualized treatment plans promoting wellness and preventive care
• Coordinate specialty referrals as needed
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Document all patient interactions accurately in EMR (Elation)

What You Need

• Valid medical license in New Mexico
• Proven experience in family or internal medicine
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle diverse cases
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in value-based care models

About the Assignment This position is based at a leading facility in Albuquerque, NM, offering outpatient primary and pediatric care. Providers will see approximately 8-14 patients daily, covering the full spectrum of family medicine. The clinic emphasizes a team-based, value-driven approach to healthcare, providing an excellent environment for professional growth and patient engagement.
