Qualifications 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience Healthcare industry experience is required Prior experience with UKG is required Strong background in employee relations and HR operations Proven ability to influence leadership and build strong cross-functional partnerships Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic HR partner to executive and operational leadership Lead all core HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and performance management Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives Drive a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on employee experience and operational excellence Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on HR best practices and employee matters Oversee HR systems, reporting, and process improvements, including utilization of UKG Partner closely with leadership to support growth, change management, and organizational initiatives Why choose Addison Group?
