Our employees consistently recognize us as a Best Place to Work because we go above and beyond to ensure that you feel valued, supported, and empowered.About YouWe're looking for someone who has:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or other related field required.Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure is required.A minimum of 12 years of professional experience working in water, wastewater, and stormwater/conveyance projects in a consultant capacity, with a key emphasis leading the design of pump stations and pressure pipe systems.Detailed civil design experience for pump stations and conveyance systems, with demonstrated leadership throughout the lifecycle of the design.Proficient working experience with MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic/stormwater/process modeling software.Proven experience working with project managers to develop project plans, anticipating and addressing project issues, participating in meetings with clients, and directing the completion of technical reports.Most importantly, you bring genuine curiosity, creativity, and a collaborative spirit—someone who wants to do great work with great people.About the RoleOur Tennessee and Georgia offices are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer specializing in pump station design and other sanitary sewer conveyance designs. This role offers a great opportunity to advance your career by leading detailed design projects for clients in the Southeast.
