Customer Engagement Manager

Our client, a well-known accounting and tax software provider, is actively hiring a Customer Engagement Manager to join their team in Mountain View, CA! This role will be hybrid. *This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits offered!* In this role, you will responsible for partnering with customers who use their products daily while turning customer insights into meaningful, measurable outcomes. You will help grow relationships with some of their most valuable customers and be a trusted advisor to customers while being an internal advocate. Responsibilities Build, own, and deepen relationships with key customers while acting as a primary point of contact and strategic partner. Lead efforts to retain customers and identify opportunities for deeper engagement and value realization Advocate internally to remove friction, address challenges, and influence product improvements Skills 5+ years of customer engagement, relationship management, or strategic consulting experience Prior experience supporting clients in a technology or SaaS environment Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
