The Opportunity LevelUP HCS is seeking a high-performing Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across Front Office Global Markets businesses. This is a highly visible, strategic role supporting senior business leaders across Sales & Trading, Fixed Income, FX, Rates, Credit, Equities, and Capital Markets functions. You will serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner to Managing Directors, Business Heads, and other senior stakeholders, helping to shape hiring strategy and deliver exceptional talent outcomes. This opportunity offers significantly greater ownership and exposure than is typically available within larger financial institutions. You will take responsibility for an entire business division, partnering directly with leadership teams while leading and leveraging dedicated sourcing support to drive hiring success. The successful candidate will combine strong recruitment expertise with executive presence, commercial acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. What We're Looking For Essential Experience To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate: 5-10+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience within financial services Experience supporting Front Office hiring within Global Markets, Sales & Trading, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or related financial services businesses Proven experience partnering directly with Managing Directors, Business Heads, Desk Heads, or senior Front Office leadership Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and consultative skills Experience managing full lifecycle recruitment processes within highly competitive talent markets Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills The confidence and credibility to engage effectively with senior leadership and operate as a trusted advisor Preferred Experience We would particularly like to speak with candidates who have recruited across one or more of the following areas: Global Markets Sales & Trading Fixed Income Rates Credit Foreign Exchange (FX) Equities Commodities Capital Markets Candidates with broader Front Office Investment Banking recruitment experience who are looking to further develop their Global Markets expertise are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Strategic Talent Partnership Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for Global Markets and Front Office stakeholders. Build trusted relationships with Managing Directors, Business Heads, and senior leadership teams. Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned to business growth objectives. Provide talent market intelligence, compensation insights, and competitor analysis to support hiring decisions. Partner with leadership teams on workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives. Recruitment Delivery Lead end-to-end recruitment across Front Office Global Markets business lines. Manage hiring processes from initial briefing through offer negotiation and onboarding. Conduct detailed candidate assessments and provide informed hiring recommendations. Deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences throughout the recruitment process. Support senior hiring decisions through market expertise and talent insights. Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence Build and maintain pipelines of high-calibre talent across Front Office functions. Map competitor organizations and identify key talent within target markets. Monitor industry trends, market movements, hiring activity, and compensation benchmarks. Present market intelligence and hiring insights to senior stakeholders. Team Leadership Lead and coordinate sourcing support resources to ensure delivery against hiring objectives. Partner closely with recruiters and sourcers to drive pipeline development and recruitment execution. Help establish best practices, recruitment processes, and talent attraction strategies across the function.
