Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced IPT Lead – Module Manufacturing – Electrical Power Systems to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Product Director, Electrical Power Systems the IPT Lead – EPS Module Manufacturing will oversee end-to-end battery pack production with a focus on quality and on time delivery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of technicians and manufacturing engineers.
• Drive process improvements in area of material handling, production line improvements and test management as well as identify key areas for 6S improvements and implementation.
• Work with cross-functional leadership on material ordering, planning and test software development.
• Work with quality to implement control improvements and disposition of non-conformance hardware.
• Mentor and support engineering staff in areas of depth of knowledge, manufacturing standards and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain production reporting dashboards including material tracking, deliveries, yield rates and be able to showcase improvements over time.
• Support new product introductions and pilot builds by establishing repeatable processes and clear documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• 10+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment developing key build procedures and at least 2 years’ experience managing manufacturing teams.
• Experience with welding equipment regarding battery pack production and safety.
• Experience implementing 6S process improvements.
• Experience reporting on key production metrics to leadership as well as developing dashboard trackers.
• Experience with manufacturing software such as AEGIS or Manufacturo as well as MES and ERP tools.
• U.S. Person or lawful permanent resident to comply with U.S. government space technology export regulations.

Your actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Salary Range

$155,000—$210,000 USD
