Neurology Territory Business Manager - Seattle, WA
argenx
argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive neurology demand generation in the Seattle market. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers while executing territory strategies and achieving sales objectives for VYVGART and the pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support business objectives
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging customer and market insights
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity
- Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and on time
Requirements
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Significant demonstrated neurology sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
- Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must reside in assigned Seattle territory
- Deep understanding of specialty pharmacy and market access dynamics
