About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Managing Director for its Civilian Portfolio. This leadership role is pivotal in building, leading, and delivering large, complex programs across Federal Civilian agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow profitable accounts, with a strong focus on client relationship management and delivery excellence. Key responsibilities include advising and consulting with senior leaders, nurturing a deep understanding of key clients' missions and priorities, and providing oversight and coaching to business development and delivery teams. The role demands a true leader who can influence core solutions, drive operational change, and ensure the company's capabilities align with client needs. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's/MBA desired) and at least 15 years of leadership experience in the Federal Civilian market, with a background in sales, account management, or operational P&L. A minimum of 10 years in project management and delivery of IT and professional services to large clients is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing performance metrics, P&L responsibilities, and a strong ability to manage up and down. Executive presence, exceptional leadership, and excellent communication skills are essential. The role also requires the ability to forge new relationships, be a self-starter, and work both independently and as part of a team. Military service and security clearance are a plus.
