Job Overview Senior Associate – Managed Services (Asset & Wealth Management) This role, within PwC’s Managed Services team, focuses on delivering recurring accounting and reporting services across multiple client engagements. The Senior Associate leverages expertise in fund accounting to achieve service excellence while mentoring a small team and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee the provision of recurring accounting and reporting services. Apply fund accounting knowledge to ensure high quality and compliance. Guide and mentor team members, fostering their professional development. Maintain a focus on client satisfaction through operational oversight. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve common goals. Anticipate client needs and respond proactively. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. At least 2 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (preferred). Experience leading delivery of accounting and reporting services. Multi‑client and multi‑priority management experience. Process improvement initiative experience. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience with modern accounting or ERP systems. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies. Experience in SLA‑based client environments. Travel & Work Conditions Travel required up to 20% of the time. Compensation Salary range: $72,000 – $184,440. For Washington state residents: $72,000 – $212,000.
