Role: Customer Success Specialist We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Sussex, WI. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between our company and our customers. Your mission is to deliver high‑quality service that fosters trust, contributes to client retention, and strengthens long‑term partnerships. What You'll Do Maintain all order information, execute necessary revisions, and ensure absolute accuracy before documentation moves to Finance and Production. Work closely with all internal teams – including Shipping, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Receiving – to ensure customer orders flow efficiently and arrive safely. Troubleshoot and resolve routine inquiries and customer complaints by providing empathetic, positive, and solution‑focused outcomes. Efficiently answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel or departments. Coordinate and process Return Authorizations seamlessly. Regularly visit our manufacturing floor to coordinate with production staff while wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE). What You Bring At least 3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field. A high school diploma or equivalent. The ability to analyze situational variables, carry out multi‑format instructions (written, oral, or diagram), and handle high‑stress situations calmly and professionally. Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suites along with internet‑based research skills. A drive to continually learn our company products and processes while adapting positively to organizational improvements. Comfortable sitting, twisting, standing, and walking regularly, with the ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
