Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable * Process customer payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records * Reconcile accounts and investigate payment discrepancies * Contact customers regarding outstanding balances * Prepare and submit daily deposits * Maintain organized financial records and documentation Titling & Administrative Duties * Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently * Ensure compliance with state and dealership requirements * Maintain accurate filing systems and records * Assist with month-end closing activities as needed * Support the accounting office with various administrative tasks Team Collaboration * Work closely with the Accounting, Sales, and Service departments * Help ensure smooth day-to-day dealership operations * Provide professional customer service when interacting with customers and vendors Qualifications * Previous office, accounting, or administrative experience preferred * Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred * Experience with accounts receivable, titling, or bookkeeping is a plus * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems What We Offer ✅ Competitive pay based on experience ✅ Health, dental, and vision insurance ✅ Paid time off and holidays ✅ 401(k) retirement plan ✅ Friendly, professional work environment ✅ Ongoing training and support ✅ Opportunities for advancement and career growth within the company Apply Today!
