General Shop Hand

Job Title

This position will be responsible for numerous tasks around our shop. You will have the opportunity to learn a bit from each department including roustabout skills, equipment operating, pump repair, general engine maintenance, electrical repair, and fabrication.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Washing and painting equipment
• General cleaning of shop and yard
• Landscaping
• Snow removal
• Helping multiple departments with numerous tasks
• Loading/unloading equipment and freight deliveries
• Perform general maintenance on a variety of equipment
• Organizing inventory storage areas

Job Requirements

• Capable of lifting 50lbs
• Strong desire to learn
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to take direction and stay on task
• Basic writing and communication skills
• Desire to show high-quality results for each task assigned
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent chance to learn oilfield shop basics for advancement within an established, growing company. Drivers license not required
