Shift and Pay Schedule: Saturday, Sunday 9am-3pm (LPN/RN - Part Time) LPN Part/Full Time: $34.75 / Hourly LPN Per Diem: $30.50 / Hourly RN Part/Full Time: $41.25 / Hourly RN Per Diem: $38.00 / Hourly LPN Weekend Warrior: $40.25 We also have PT / Per Diem and Weekend Warrior positions available. Residential Program Overview Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24‑hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care. Responsibilities Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times. Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans. Use de‑escalation and crisis management techniques when required to maintain safety. Requirements MA state valid LPN or RN license. Qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license. TB screening and physical at hire; TB update every two years thereafter.
