Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) in Sarasota, Florida. This position involves providing outpatient rehabilitation services at a clinic located on the hospital campus. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role entails delivering patient care through 60-minute sessions in a diverse patient population, including stroke, spinal cord injuries, head injuries, and Parkinsons disease.

Job Details:

• Location: Sarasota, Florida

• Schedule: Days; 8 Hours per day; Monday through Friday; Minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist with no minimum experience required; must have the ability to quickly learn the Fugl-Meyer Upper Extremity Assessment; prior outpatient experience is required; experience with paired vagus nerve stimulation protocol (Vivistim) and vestibular experience are a plus
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with paired vagus nerve stimulation protocol (Vivistim); vestibular experience
• Additional Information: All patient care is 1:1, with 60-minute sessions. Typically seeing 8 patients daily. Diverse patient population including stroke, spinal cord, head injury, Parkinsons disease, etc., with opportunities for musculoskeletal diagnosis if interested. No float rotation expected.
