Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment while demonstrating an understanding of product and layout execution. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support associate engagement. Drive the performance of the area, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control standards, and guide peers while helping customers according to company policies and procedures. Represent the department and the club by valuing the member's experience, modeling high quality service and products, and exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion for the work. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, and use the Open Door Policy as needed. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.
