Summer Opportunity: Shipping Associate (Elgin, IL)

Looking for the perfect summer job? Kelly Services is hiring energetic and dependable Shipping Associates for a leading company in Elgin, IL! This short-term role is ideal for students, recent grads, or anyone seeking hands-on experience and a fast-paced work environment.

Pay: $17.50/hour
Shift: 2:45 pm-11 pm

What You’ll Do Each Day:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ship finished products to customers
• Load, sort, and move boxes/packages (up to 50 lbs. with team lift)
• Handle shipping documents and enter data using computer systems
• Organize and prepare materials for shipping—including labeling, packaging, and shrink-wrapping
• Work at a standing desk in a warehouse setting
• Move products between pallets (stay active and get your steps in!)

Who Should Apply?

• Comfortable with physical work and team lifting
• Basic computer and key entry skills (familiarity with Windows and Motorola WM is a plus)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills
• Available to work a full shift on your feet
