Position Summary WOODLAND GROVE HEALTH & REHAB CENTER is seeking a qualified Nursing Supervisor to oversee residents and manage the nursing team. The role includes supervising delivery of care, assessing resident needs, developing care plans, administering and evaluating nursing care, and supervising CNAs and other staff in the delivery of nursing care. Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives to improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, or improve the work environment. Complete assessments of residents at admission and discharge. Supervise nursing staff and allocate duties to LPNs and nursing assistants as directed. Document services rendered to residents for billing purposes. Make daily rounds to monitor resident care and status. Implement established nursing policies and procedures and educate nursing support staff according to facility guidelines. Review charting on a weekly basis for accuracy and completeness. Maintain a safe working environment, complying with infection control and body mechanics procedures. Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff. Track infection control, exposure control, and resident care trends to provide proactive improvement. Support other special projects and duties as assigned. Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Registered Nurse with current Florida license. One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred. Proven work experience as a nursing supervisor. Team management skills. Great communication and people skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
