Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to Finnish-speaking customers via live chat, ensuring quick and courteous assistance. Address inquiries regarding gaming accounts, promotions, and any gameplay issues effectively. Educate customers about new games, features, and current promotional campaigns. Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for proper tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and customer experience. Gather and analyze customer feedback to help enhance service delivery. Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support. Requirements Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service or gaming-related roles is preferred. A genuine passion for online gaming and understanding of gaming platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with customers. Proficiency in live chat software and familiarity with CRM tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
