PART-TIME YEAR ROUND POSITION


Were seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to help prospective residents find their next home and support our on-site team. You will have a set schedule which will include Saturdays. Days and hours to be determined with candidate.

What Youll Do:

• Greet prospective residents and provide property tours
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and follow up with leads
• Assist in processing applications and lease paperwork
• Support the leasing and management team with administrative tasks
• Help prepare apartments for move-in and assist with marketing efforts
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and guests

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using computers
• Previous customer service or sales experience a plusbut not required
• Must have a reliable vehicle to use during the workday
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test (we test for marijuana)
