Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (11:00–23:30) | 3x12 scheduling also available | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume, fast-paced urban Emergency Department
• Manage and monitor ventilated patients as part of comprehensive emergency care
• Support Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and Medics within the department
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5 in a facility averaging approximately 210 visits per day
• Provide every-other-weekend coverage, including 4 weekend shifts per contract period

Required Qualifications

• Valid Arizona RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience required
• Experience in a large, urban, high-volume Emergency Department required
• Ventilated patient experience required
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
• De-escalation certification required (MAB, CPI, MOAB, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records required
• Must be a travel nurse with prior travel assignment experience (first-time travelers will not be considered)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level 1 Trauma Center experience preferred
• Strong ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency environment
