Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN to join the ICU unit in Smyrna, TN. This travel position offers a dynamic and supportive environment within a Trauma III certified hospital. The role involves providing high-quality care in a 16-bed unit equipped with advanced medical technology.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel

• Provide direct patient care with a 2:1 patient ratio
• Manage ventilator and sedation requirements
• Perform medication titration
• Conduct trach placements, bronchoscopies, and cardioversions
• Apply AIDET principles and ensure completion of communication boards
• Incorporate medication teaching in patient interactions
• Collaborate effectively with the ICU team, including secretaries and techs

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel

• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with GE Monitors, Nova glucometers, Pyxis med dispense, and drager vents
• Proficient in Meditech documentation
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
