This position is ideal for individuals who love gaming and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in an engaging live chat environment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding support to Spanish-speaking customers via live chat, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance. Address questions related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues with efficiency. Educate customers about new games, features, and current promotional offers. Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-ups. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance team performance and customer experiences. Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve service delivery. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and company offerings to provide informed assistance. Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service or gaming support is an advantage. A strong interest and passion for online gaming and familiarity with gaming platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with customers. Proficiency in live chat software and knowledge of CRM systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to navigate fast-paced situations. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
