Gastroenterology near the Florida Coast

A well-established, physician-owned Gastroenterology practice near Florida's coast is adding another Gastroenterologist to its team as the practice continues to grow. You'll join an established clinical environment with limited call, strong support, and integrated ancillary services, along with a defined path to partnership within 1-2 years.

Practice Details:

• Independent, physician-owned group with ASC ownership and in-house endoscopy, pathology, anesthesia, infusion, and radiology
• Two NPs per physician providing scribing, administrative, and patient care support alongside experienced nurses and techs
• Partnership track in 1 to 2 years with a sweat-equity model and 10,000 buy-in
• No private equity involvement and a practice culture built around transparency and physician respect

Schedule:

• 4 to 5 days per week with half-day Fridays so you can get to your beach house
• Call only 2 nights per month and 2 weekends per year - great quality of life

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive starting salary
• Stipend offered for those in training
• Sign on bonus offered
• Partner earnings of 845,000 to 1.6 million annually
• Annual ASC distributions
• Up to 76,000 in annual 401(k) and profit sharing
• 20 PTO days, 5 CME days with a 3,500 CME

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Interest in independent private practice with a partnership track
