Accountant - Boston, MA Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Responsibilities Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. Review financial data and investigate discrepancies. Support routine accounting processes and month-end activities. Prepare and process journal entries and account adjustments. Assist with financial reporting and analysis. Maintain spreadsheets, schedules, and supporting documentation. Support billing, cash management, and other accounting-related functions. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and resolve issues. Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects. Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of accounting experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills required. Experience with accounting or ERP systems preferred. Yardi experience is a plus.
