– Draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations, following established safety and procedural guidelines – Prepare and label specimens for laboratory testing with accuracy and attention to detail – Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment in accordance with facility policies – Record and document specimen collection details accurately within required systems – Communicate clearly with patients to explain procedures, building trust and confidence during specimen collection – Demonstrate proficiency in both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties – Perform daily tasks efficiently under supervision, ensuring timely completion of assignments – Uphold confidentiality and accuracy when handling patient information and specimens

– Strong phlebotomy skills, with experience in pediatric and geriatric specimen collection – Ability to work accurately and error-free in a fast-paced environment – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – Excellent customer service and communication skills – Proficiency in keyboarding and data entry – Knowledge of proper specimen handling and processing procedures

– High school diploma or equivalent required – Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred – Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington – Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1+ years preferred – Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred – Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed – Ability to adhere to all safety and confidentiality protocols – Previous experience with data entry and recordkeeping in clinical settings is a plus
