Step into a rewarding role supporting early learners as a Speech Language Pathologist for a thriving school community near the Fayetteville, NC area! This full-time contract position runs from now through May 21, 2027, and offers a meaningful opportunity to help young children reach vital communication milestones.

Work onsite Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours weekly, focusing your skills on Pre-K students. You’ll find this assignment both challenging and fulfilling, whether you're providing therapy services to a preschool caseload or employing your expertise in assessment as an onsite SLP dedicated to testing only. Please note, this role requires onsite presence—no teletherapy or Voco options.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP licensure required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience with pre-K or early childhood populations is highly valued
• Understanding of special education practices within a school environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
• Capable of working collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech/language therapy to students in Pre-K settings
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in eligibility testing as required
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teaching staff and families to support student communication goals
• Keep accurate records and contribute to IEP development
• Engage actively in onsite school activities relevant to therapy and assessment services
