Customer Support Analyst (Contractor)

Job Title
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $25hr - $30hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 2-5 years in a customer relationship role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
Responsibilities:
- Handle quote request emails.
- Generate quotes and notifications.
- Send quotes to customers and follow up for POs.
- Coordinate with internal dispatching team.
- May assist with variance analysis depending on training progress.
Nice to Have:
- SAP experience (not required; will train).
- Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong PC skills (MS Office software).
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
- Positive attitude and passion for customer service.
- Ability to communicate ideas and rationale to internal teams and customers.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize based on impact and criticality of customer issues.
