Human Resources Bilingual Odessa Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $23.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

Assisting with HR duties such as payroll, scheduling interviews, data entry, assisting with onboarding, drug screens, and phone calls. The schedule is as follows:•Monday: 5:30 AM start (payroll is due at 8:00 AM, so an early start will be required for approval)•Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM•Saturdays: Occasional, but rare

Human Resources Bilingual Odessa Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, employee relations, or administrative support is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is a plus.
• Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings and background checks
• Bilingual 

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
