Providing comprehensive food services with a focus on the highest quality and freshest ingredients, impeccable service and total value is the reputation we have earned and live up to everyday.Duties & Responsibilities:Assist in the training and development of team membersLead and assist on projects assigned by the Branch ManagerOperate and maintain company-owned vehicle in a safe manner; to be used for the purpose of traveling to accountsMaintain positive customer relations by visiting accountsRecognize needs for equipment upgrades and schedule installations of new vending machinesSupport company programs and branch goalsMonitor inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels and consumptionAddress customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hoursPerform other duties as requiredRequirements:Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehiclePrevious vending experience is preferredPrevious management experience requiredAbility to manage financials and achieve goalsExcellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customersAbility to effectively work independently and utilize time efficientlyProblem solverValid Driver's License with good driving historyBenefits:A family culture and atmosphereCompetitive compensationHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time team members401(k) with generous company matchPaid vacations and holidaysImmense training and growth opportunitiesWe conduct pre-employment drug testing.
