The Groundskeeper is responsible for efficiently maintaining the physical appearance of the apartment community's grounds, pools and buildings.

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform maintenance and cleaning of grounds/common areas
• Accompany vendors to apartments
• Distribute resident notices to residents
• Report any maintenance problems
