Job Title Full‑Time Pizza Retail Cook Location Prisma Health Greenville – 701 Grove Road, Greenville, SC 29605. Online applications accepted only. Work Schedule Full‑time schedule, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary based on operational needs. More details provided during interview. Compensation $19.00–$21.00 per hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare high‑quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules. Serve meals or prepare for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty; taste all prepared food items. Use established ticket collection procedures during service and record activity from the area worked during service periods. Clean kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness; store or discard excess food in accordance with safe food‑handling procedures. Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat; ensure food and supply items are stored per standards. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed. Assist in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required. Assist in ordering and receiving all food and supplies as required. Report required maintenance, faulty equipment or accidents to the supervisor immediately. Attend in‑service and safety meetings. Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers. Perform job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards. Maintain personal commitment to safety for self and others. Health & Safety Policies Use medium‑weight cut gloves when handling knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning slicers. Use oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steam tables. Use slip‑resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is preferred. Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
