As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.90 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to healthcare location staff, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or access concerns. Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures in accordance with site‑specific requirements. Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
