Registered Nurse (Pediatric)

Cherry Hill Free Clinic

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pediatric Home Health. Responsibilities: Provide focused, one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home setting, working closely with RNs and clinical leadership. Support includes delivering care aligned with CDC safety guidelines, utilizing clear care plans, and ensuring patient safety with PPE and safety protocols. Offer compassionate, consistent care to foster meaningful patient relationships. Qualifications & Skills: Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license, TB test, BLS CPR certification, valid driver's license, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care.
