Facilities Maintenance Technician | Weekly Pay | Long-Term Opportunity

Location: Pompano Beach, FL

Pay: $18–$25/hour (Depending on Experience) + Weekly Pay

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with room to grow? We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to support facility maintenance operations at a large manufacturing facility. This is a temp-to-perm position with the opportunity for permanent hire, increased earnings, and company benefits.

• Work alongside an experienced Maintenance Lead
• Opportunity to learn and expand your maintenance skills

• Perform general facility maintenance and minor repairs
• Assist with interior and exterior building upkeep, including light painting
• Support plumbing and irrigation system maintenance
• Perform basic carpentry and repair tasks
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Assist with additional maintenance projects as needed

• Facilities maintenance experience preferred
• Basic plumbing and irrigation experience
• Light carpentry skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and safety-focused

• Large manufacturing facility
• Industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, dirt, and machinery
• Non-air-conditioned work areas
• Steel-toe boots required (employee provided)
• Safety equipment provided, including glasses, gloves, apron, and rubber boots
• Hearing protection available

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Occasional overtime, including Saturdays, may be available based on business needs
• Candidates should be flexible when additional support is needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pompano Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
