Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Harmony Family Support, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Administering various therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to meet individual client requirements.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in full compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of patient information.

• Working collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals to coordinate care, sharing insights and recommendations during regular consultation meetings.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
