Chemical Processing Operator

Job Details Salary: $24 - $28 per hour Hours: 1st shift 6am‑2:30pm Days: Monday‑Friday Job Requirements Experience with etching parts and chem film Work closely with production staff to support process improvements and operational efficiency. Provide ongoing support to ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Maintain accountability for attendance, punctuality, and adherence to workplace standards. Communicate quality concerns or operational issues to management in a timely manner. Assist with in‑process inspections and documentation as required across operations. Complete and maintain work documentation to support traceability and compliance. Perform routine processing tasks within established procedures and work instructions. Use standard inspection and measurement tools to verify product conformance. Qualifications Ability to read basic sketches and blueprints and use standard inspection and measurement tools. Detail‑oriented, dependable team player with a positive attitude and strong attendance habits. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision after training is completed.
