I’m partnering on a confidential search for a Senior Financial Analyst – Quantitative Analysis to join the global finance function of a leading international professional services organization.

\n

This is a unique opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys solving complex analytical problems, building sophisticated transaction models, and working closely with senior stakeholders on high-impact corporate matters.

\n

What you’ll be doing:

\n

\n
• Develop and refine sophisticated financial models supporting M&A, private equity, capital markets, venture financings, IPOs, and SPAC-related transactions.
\n
• Build capitalization tables, liquidation waterfalls, merger consideration analyses, voting models, and ownership models.
\n
• Partner closely with deal teams to deliver accurate, polished, client-ready financial analyses under tight deadlines.
\n
• Explain modeling assumptions, methodologies, and conclusions to senior stakeholders and external clients.
\n
• Contribute to training initiatives, develop technical reference materials, and mentor fellow analysts.
\n
• Manage multiple transaction-related assignments in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
\n

What we’re looking for:

\n

\n
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, M&A, transaction advisory, or a related field.
\n
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
\n
• Experience with transaction modeling, equity capitalization, ownership analysis, or complex financial scenarios.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to explain analytical findings to senior stakeholders.
\n
• The ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and discretion.
\n
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
\n

\n

Experience in a professional services environment, venture capital transactions, private equity, capital markets, or client-facing financial analysis is particularly attractive. CFA credentials are a plus.

\n
