Hospice Marketing Representative

Hospice Sales / Liaison - San Antonio, TXTerritory: San AntonioRequired: Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience. Knowledge of the local market, stability in previous positions, established referral connections, and demonstrated success are essential.Target Candidate· Experienced hospice and/or home health sales professional with existing referral relationships in San Antonio and the surrounding South Texas areas.· Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with various healthcare referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, case managers, and senior living communities.· Field-based sales professional with a focus on healthcare service sales, growing census, and effective account management.Responsibilities· Establish and nurture strong connections with referral sources in the assigned market.· Represent hospice services in a professional manner with referral partners, patients, and community collaborators.· Identify new referral possibilities and enhance existing accounts through consistent outside sales efforts.· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions into care for patients.Qualifications· Previous experience in hospice and/or home health sales is a requirement.· At least 3 years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development is highly preferred.· Established local contacts and referral sources are strongly desired.· Knowledge of the local market, job stability, and proven track record of success are necessary.· Ability to build and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.· Familiarity with CRM or contact management software is a plus.· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.· Thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven healthcare setting.· Requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.Experience· Minimum of 2 years of sales experience as listed above is mandatory.
