Business Development Liaison Responsibilities Understand our current market position, key competitors, and opportunities for growth. Develop a routine presence inside potential referring partners’ locations, interfacing with decision‑makers. Initiate the referral cycle with new or cold accounts by building relationships and educating Social Workers and Discharge Planners. Follow‑up on referrals by acting as a consultant to clients and their family members. Qualifications Background in Healthcare Sales, Healthcare Administration, or related field is ideal. Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred. Experience prospecting and developing key relationships on behalf of your organization is ideal. Communication skills projecting professionalism and genuine enthusiasm are necessary. High degree of accountability for planning, executing, and following‑up is necessary. Understanding of the need for frequent driving through the South Texas area is required. Compensation and Benefits Base pay of $40,000.00–$60,000.00 per year, depending on prior experience. Commission and bonuses. Company car for use during the work day (must return to premises at the end of the day). Vehicular reimbursement for mileage. Dental, health, vision, and life insurance; health savings account; paid time off; paid training. Flexible schedule, 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday. Rarely on call, occasionally weekends. Requirements Sales experience: 2 years (required). Driver’s license (required). Relocate to San Antonio, TX 78204 or be able to commute.
